We begin each day with a chapel service to pray, reflect, sing, and share. Each day, we remind everyone to live with purpose and commitment, celebrate blessings and pray for those who are in need.

Through the study of music, movement and works of art, our students become complete people. We help our students unlock their creativity, learn to express themselves, creatively solve problems and appreciate art in every form.

Zen Moms invite you to the first "Yogis in PJ's" event on Saturday, February 18th from 4:30-5:30pm benefitting our sister school in Haiti. All middle school students are welcome, along with a parent/guardian, to do a little good for Haiti while balancing your boogie in a partner yoga class led by Mrs. Z. - For their holiday service project, the third grade classes made Christmas cards and ornaments. They sent these gifts to the unit of Ava C's uncle, who is deployed in Quatar. The students recently received a gift in return - an American Flag from the Department of the Air Force. The flag was flown in a B-1 bomber over Afghanistan in honor of our third graders' kindness to the unit. What an honor!

  Parents of 4th through 8th graders, please take a look at our new list of classes for 2012. A class is now offered for each grade level. Click for complete information.
- Our eighth graders participated in a service project yesterday, assisting the folks at Harvesters. We are so proud of this tradition of service and the great participation by so many of our students on their holiday break. What a tribute to the work and messages of Dr. King!
- We were lucky enough to get a visit from some amazing Alvin Ailey dancers. All grades were treated to an interactive performance and learned about the history of the troupe. The dancers shared a variety of routines and even taught us some moves of our own!
- Our twelve 5th-8th grade basketball teams are off to a great start this season with an overall record of 33-9. Keep up the good work, players and coaches!
