St. Paul's Episcopal Day School has a faculty dedicated to the education of children. Faculty with a teaching load of 30 hours per week or more are eligible for full benefits which include: health care (90% of employee benefits are paid by the school), dental (at no charge), a flexible benefits plan, retirement plan (to which the school contributes 5% after the first year of service), tuition remission and more. Salaries are close to local school district salaries.
