Mrs. Crumpecker began her art teaching career in Centralia, Missouri in 1971. Upon moving to Kansas City in 1973, she worked for an advertising agency on the Plaza. She resumed teaching in 1984 when she joined the staff of St. Paul's.
Mrs. Crumpecker is a frequent contributor to the National Art Magazine, "Arts and Activities," and has presented art workshops for the Missouri Art Education Association, the Independent Schools Association of the Central States, and for the teachers and principals of the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph.
When not researching new projects to teach her students or creating artwork of her own, Mrs. Crumpecker enjoys bowling, golfing, and trying to improve her Wii Fit age.
