Educational Background:
BS in Elementary Education & Sociology, University of Saint Mary

Julie came to St. Paul's in 1997 after almost 20 years of teaching in Catholic elementary schools in Kansas and Missouri. In 1986, she began specializing in computer education at St. Peter's School in Kansas City, Mo. She completed a National Science Foundation Computer Education Studies program in 1990. Although Julie has received three National Crystal Apple Awards for collaborative innovative teaching projects, she is most proud of the accomplishments of her students who since 2005 have consistently received awards from Time Warner Cable and the Electric League of Kansas and Missouri for their video projects.

Julie lives in Brookside with her husband, Bill and daughter, Emily. They love getting together every week with daughter, Rebecca and her husband for Sunday dinner.

- Back by popular demand, Cristi Williams and Lynnette Rempel will be offering a 4-session Love and Logic class just for St. Paul's parents and guardians. The class will be June 11th, 12th, 25th and 26th from 9:00-10:30 am. See the flyer for additional info. We hope to see you there!
- The 2nd graders and Mrs. Haskamp treated guests to a singing, dancing good time at their program. Thank you for sharing your hard work and your amazing dance moves!
- Our first graders and their families hosted their Lemonade Land and Cookie Country event to raise money for our sister school in Haiti. These amazing fundraisers collected over $2,600 to benefit Haiti! Everything was delicious, and we're so impressed by their hard work.
- We had a lovely day for the blessing of our West Garden. The toddlers and 3rd graders worked hard to clean up, prepare the garden and plant herbs and flowers. Thank you for making our school beautiful!
