Lisa is so excited to be joining the staff of St. Paul's! She is very impressed with the educational programs here and the exceptional staff.

It was a whirlwind May deciding to leave thirty- two years of educating students at Smithville R-II School District and join the St Paul's faculty. What an opportunity! She loves the idea of team teaching, and still believes she learns as much from the students as they learn from her. She concurs completely with the motto, "Childhood should be a journey and not a race!" Every child learns differently and the hands-on approach here at St. Paul's is a perfect fit! Her continuing education in diversified instruction provides lots of ideas for projects in the classroom.

Her educational background includes an M.A. in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Gifted Education, and a B.S. in Elementary Education. She is a wife to John, a mom to Jonnae, Jason and Rob and a spoiler of Molly Brown, her chocolate lab. Give her a song to sing and a recipe to cook and she’s a happy lady!
