Sara Waller is returning for her second year at St. Paul’s. Prior to becoming a first grade associate teacher Sara was at home for five years with her two children. She is excited to have her girls, Addison and Ryann, join her in the ECC for the 2011-2012 school year. St. Paul's has quickly become her home away from home.

After spending eight years in the field of Clinical Dietetics, Sara decided to make a career change, realizing her true calling in the education of young children. In the fall of 2004 Sara started her journey at Rockhurst University and ended it in December of 2009 here at St. Paul’s where she student taught in the first grade with Mrs. Delores Linn and Miss Catina Taylor. Sara immediately felt at home at St. Paul’s and was amazed by the welcoming, caring, and loving environment. Sara firmly believes that everything happens for a reason which led her to her current position as the new first grade associate teacher.

While pursuing her Master of Education, Sara and her husband, John, began a family of their own and are now blessed with two amazing daughters, Addison and Ryann. Any spare time she has is of course, spent with her daughters and husband as they enjoy their neighborhood walks with the dog, working out, college sports, and numerous visits with family and friends.
