Faculty with a teaching load of 30 hours per week or more are eligible for full benefits which include: healthcare (90% of employee benefits for the individual are paid by the school), dental (at no charge), a flexible benefits plan, retirement plan (to which the school contributes 5%), tuition remission and more. Salaries are competitive with local school district salaries.
