Renovation Campaign

Students work on projects in the newly renovated St. Paul's Episcopal Day School art room.

From the beginning, St. Paul's has operated under the philosophy that the world won't stay the same so neither should our instruction. This steadfast belief in innovation has been a hallmark of our success for more than 50 years. Our teachers and curriculum have embraced a 21st century approach to education. Now, our physical space has become just as innovative.

Phase One was completed in August 2018, and we completed Phase Two of our $5.8 million renovation across the indoor school campus in August 2019. Thanks to generous support from our community, St. Paul's teachers and students now have modern educational spaces to develop next-level collaborative leadership skills.

Moving forward, we plan to make improvements to our outdoor learning spaces as we continue helping students grow and learn while they develop the skills to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Watch the video above to get a sense of how much this transformation means to our community. Many thanks to our supporters for helping us make this vision a reality!

What's Next?

After three years of indoor school renovations, we now need to transform our playgrounds and outdoor learning spaces. Outdoor play is a critical part of our early childhood program, and we recognize the social emotional wellness benefits for students across all age groups.

Will you help us fund a larger vision for Outdoor Play? Thanks to a recent St. Paul’s Episcopal Day School board initiative, we have already begun developing a master plan to reimagine outdoor play spaces across St. Paul’s.

Through our 2020 St. Paul's auction, we received nearly $50,000 to jumpstart our first outdoor project - the West Playground serving first through third grade. This support serves as a launch pad, but it is just the start. We still need support to complete the West Playground. As the plans for our other playgrounds develop, we will reach out to many people in our community to join us in making this vision a reality.

If you have not yet made a gift to this year’s Fund-A-Vision, will you join us today? We hope you will add your support to the St. Paul’s 2020 Fund-A-Vision for Outdoor Play!
